  • Let’s be real: every workplace has its people problems. Folks talk past each other, stay in their silos, or just flat-out don’t feel heard. That’s where I come in.

    This workshop uses improv (yeah, the same stuff comedians use on stage) to help teams show up better for each other in real life. No cheesy icebreakers. Just real tools for real people.

  • Too many people are scared to say the wrong thing, so they don’t say anything at all. Improv gives folks permission to try, mess up, and keep going; with support, not judgment. Whether it’s meetings that go nowhere or feedback that never lands, bad communication drains time and energy. We build listening and clarity through fun, high-energy exercises that stick.

  • Some folks are natural talkers. Others have something to say but wait for the right moment (that never comes). Improv levels the playing field and gives everyone a turn with the mic.

  • Let’s be honest, work can get heavy. This workshop brings laughter, lightness, and a chance to just breathe and be people for a minute.

  • Leadership isn’t just about being in charge; it’s about how you show up. I help folks lead with presence, empathy, and a little storytelling magic.
